A real estate investment strategist dedicated to building Africa’s next generation of property investment infrastructure. I specialise in structuring, packaging, promoting, and delivering investment management solutions that unlock and maximise real estate investment value.
My experience spans publicly listed companies, start-ups, and multiple economic sectors across Zimbabwe. I have managed over 300,000 sqm of lettable area, developed more than 47,000 sqm of prime real estate, and overseen an investment advisory pipeline exceeding US$200 million.
Driven by a vision to redefine how real estate is promoted, invested in, and accessed in Africa, I am focused on creating ventures that empower communities with better standards of living and doing business.
